ALTERATIONS POLICY
Your first order is covered under the Zen Attire Guarantee, offering one free alteration or remake for any fitting issues. Once resolved, we’ll update and save your final measurements.
For future orders, you can use your saved measurements or update them in your account. If any issues arise, we’ll assess and work with you to fix them.
ORDER ISSUES & REPLACEMENTS

Incorrect Measurements: If we process your order with wrong measurements, we’ll replace it. Send an image and description within 7 days and return the item. We’ll provide credit points for shipping costs.

Wrong Product: Received the wrong item? Send an image within 7 days, return it, and we’ll replace it with shipping cost credits.

Manufacturing Defects: Found a defect? Share an image within 24 hours, return the item, and we’ll replace it with shipping cost credits.
RETURNS POLICY
Since garments are custom-made, they cannot be resold, returned, or exchanged.
